We endeavor to cause a change in the generation by building an attitude of faith through the gospel of Jesus Christ through biblically focused, culturally relevant and empowerment driven ministry.

Salt and Light "Let me tell you why you are here. You're here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness?

Core Values
Love God
Our love for God is demonstrated through our consistent effort in striving with all our heart, mind, soul and strength to conform our lives in obedience to His word to live a life of love by faith.

Heart
Love for God, out of my heart, is demonstrated through allowing the Word of God to govern one’s thoughts and feelings (emotion) through worship. Worship is what prepares my heart as fertile ground for the seed (Word) to be planted and bring forth fruit
Mind
Love for God with my mind is demonstrated through the process of renewing my mind to the Word of God. This occurs through continued exercise of imagination, intellect and understanding
Soul
Love for God with my soul is demonstrated through a holistic commitment of my life, in service, to work for Christ
Strength
Love for God, with my strength, is demonstrated through a commitment to honor God with my body.

Healthy relationships with others are a direct result of a healthy relationship with self through Jesus Christ. We demonstrate our love for self through a commitment to grow:

Love Man
Value students for who they are, not for what they do. Jesus said we would be recognized in the world by our love for one another (John 13:35). Instead of strife, competition and division, Generation Changers is dedicated to an atmosphere of love, unity and support. We endeavor to display the love and kindness of God to all students, especially to those who don't believe. Through this key ingredient we will become the true light to the world that Jesus intended us to be.
